this is one link of several that come up in Google, related to web self-care (or selfcare), and seems to be the name of a program or product allowing you to control how and when you recieve calls, messages etc... If it is indeed the name of a program, it could be left as is. If it has to be translated, I would suggest something like "auto-gestión de llamadas mediante Web" (this sounds more like a description than a translation of a product/application name, but there you go).
