[Alternating Reverse] Lunges

English to Spanish Medical Sports / Fitness / Recreation Workout exercises
I am translating a video aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle to families around the community in Richmond, Virginia (USA) with some simple workout routines to do on a weekly basis. We want to make the language as neutral Spanish as possible since there is a wide variety of Spanish speakers in the area, to try and keep it as inclusive as possible.
During the video one of the exercises is "alternating reverse lunges". I figured out the "alternating" and "reverse" terms in Spanish but not "Lunges". What is currently have is "[lunges] alternos inversos".

For lunges online I have found 3 main terms. "Estocadas", "zancadas" and "desplantes". I'm not sure which one would be more appropriate.
