Según el enlace que incluyo abajo, “coffee grinder” se refiere a “winch”, es decir torno, polea, cabrestante, cabestrante, cabria, grúa... o como quieras llamarlo... por metonimia parece que se refiere al operador de esta metafórica “máquina de moler cafe”.
