Documents regarding inspections made to several mechanical components/items. They're not quite "Inspection reports" (informes de inspección), but something else.
Someone on Proz proposed "nota de distribución" as a translation for "release note"; however, in this case I think the meaning is closer to an authorization than a notice. Is it "nota de distribución de inspección"; or "autorización de inspección"?
Furthermore, are "release notes" and "release notices" the same thing?

: Inspection Release note is a formal notification to vendor/sub-vendor of that the item supplied are released for despatch or shipment. It should state clearly the items found acceptable including the material part number, unique traceability, if practical
