Es el que mantiene los registros de los distintos recintos, tribunales, transferencias de bienes raíces, etc. Cada condado en los EEUU tiene su propio County Clerk. Generalmente los 50 estados tienen una serie de condados, y cada condado tiene sus propios registros.
