The event was attended by over 100 participants, including representatives from 17 affiliates and NWF Board members Becky Scheibelhut (Chair), Kathy Hadley (Regional Director MT, ID, WY), and Chuck Olmsted (Regional Director UT, CO, AZ, NM). An impressive line-up of speakers from NWF and other conservation and academic institutions presented policy, legal, and wildlife science aspects of a wide variety of issues facing wildlife on public lands. Broad panel topics were Energy Development, Public Lands Grazing, Wetlands and Water Rights, Roads and Access, and the Future of Hunting and Fishing.
