Lo que más dificulta la traducción es que se trata de una larga lista, y casi no hay contexto. Se habla de pacientes o grupos de pacientes con determinadas características que deben ser ingresadas a un sistema de datos para la atención a distancia de dichos pacientes, muchos de ellos por medio del video.

To enter a new threshold group:
Click on New.
In the space labeled Threshold Group Name, type in a name for the group.
The new threshold group will be active by default.
This box may be unchecked.
Select the vital sign to set the acceptable parameters.
Enter acceptable High Value and Low Value.
Click on Add to List.
The parameters entered will appear in the large box.

Entiendo que se refiere a un grupo que se toma como referencia para ver si los parámetros se salen o no de los valores especificados (superiores e inferiores).
Podría valer la traducción literal "grupo umbral", pero creo que es innecesario puesto que "grupo de referencia", si no lo entiendo mal, significa lo mismo.

grupo umbral me parece muy bien, y umbral seria la palabra usada a menudo en la ciencia, hablando de un limite al que pasa algo.
Pero a mi me gusta mas "grupo limite". Creo que exprime muy bien la idea de que son pacientes con niveles de algo justo al limite para que se les ponga atencion.
