English term
Hub/spoke
English to Spanish
Medical
Medical (general)
"A hub/spoke delivery model will be applied, where trained healthcare professionals at larger LSS hub-site deliver STOP II to affiliate LSS spoke-sites via VT and EPiC as adjunctive support via telephone."

I found this term as "modelo de centro y periferia" referreing to a world vision model, but I guess that in this case would be the same idea. It a model that delivers from a hub to spokes. I'm pretty sure you can use this term in Spanish.
