The English word is very colloquial, not at all formal, and quite unexpected in a medical document.

spaced out 2. dreamily or eerily out of touch with reality or seemingly so; spacey.

"Ido" "como drogado" "ausente" "ensimismado"...

I don't have the level of expertise, nor I am ProZ.com member, so I cannot post an answer... but that's the idea, in case it helps. Greetings.

ausente / aturdido

They're the most formal words I can think of. Others like "atontado" seem too colloquial for a medical brochure.

However, if this is a list of symptoms and if the format of your document allows for it, I would suggest changing the adjectives in this list to substantives: "Aturdimiento, mareos, baja energía" [or "falta de energía"] sounds better to my ear than "Aturdido, mareado, falto de energía". But then, maybe the latter makes more sense in the original context.

desorientado/confundido

Hubiera sido de mucha ayuda conocer el nombre de la enfermedad relacionada con estos síntomas.
