Es más correcta súbitamente, que es precisamente la definición de "de golpe", que es como se suele decir cuando se deja de fumar sin hacerlo paulatina o progresivamente. De todos modos, la pregunta debería ser sobre un término en inglés... :-)

You have to use the term "quit" to make it clear you stop doing something and sudden is a term used to mean "repentino" and the adverb is suddenly.

En todo caso, es "maneras de", no "maneras para".
Si estás buscando una traducción al español, corresponde que indiques el término original en inglés. Pero a lo mejor se trata simplemente de una consulta monolingüe, en español. No se entiende.
Por otra parte, creo que las palabras de cortesía (hola, por favor, gracias, etc.) nunca están de más, sobre todo cuando se pide ayuda.
