Estoy de acuerdo con Javier. Aunq el texto verse sobre psicoanálisis la expr. en cuestión es de índole gral. En la frase tb figuran, p. ej., las palabras "there", "end", "analysis" y "thing", pero a nadie se le ocurriría catalogarlas como términos médicos
