This is a mulcher operator's manual:
"Do not activate it (the front axle differential lock button) when traveling over any distance because machine will turn wide and hard."
I am not quite sure about the meaning of "turn wide and hard", does it mean the machine will not move at all or it will hard/difficult to move? any idea?

By activating the button, the steering will change. If you're used to it steering a certain way, when it changes and pulls you will be caught by surprise. This may cause a dangerous situation because it will pull (hard) in a direction that you were not expecting.
