I am translating a Technical Manual of a "steeling device". The description provided is similar to a sharpener, and it works with "flat blades" and "angled blades", so I thought it could be translated as "afilador", but I suddenly came across this sentence "the xx steeling device is not a sharpener. You should start with a freshly sharpened blade or a new blade".
