This equipment is used for the production of belt components by insulating SR cords (spital wrapped and rewinding process) with rubber and cutting the components into fixed lengths. The SR wires are arranged by the inserter and then coated with rubber by the insulating die. The stripping stock is placed onto the feed conveyor by the vacuum unit (RAM) and the spliced together with de component in front. A guillotine cutter repeteadly cuts the stock into fixed length componentes. ***Wede gum*** is added to both edges of only the 1st belt at the presenting device and then the components are loaded onto a reel winder.
