But i this instance it is not question of a Justice of the Peace.
On the other hand, the language of a defendant is not always correct whilst the language of a lawyer ussually is.
Curiosamente, el texto espa�ol no muestra si se trata de var�n o mujer, y se nombra al juez en tercera persona, as� que tendr� que usar "His...," que podr�a no ser exacto, pero �sta es una duda insalvable.
Despu�s de recibir tres respuestas, he buscado en internet (Google):
a) "your worship" + court + uk 827 hits
b) "your lordship" + court + uk 3750 hits
Por ello, deseo puntualizar que se trata de un juez (magistrate) de primera instancia en una caso penal. Puede que haya distinciones en este aspecto.
Si se trata de "the Law Lords" o altas instancias similares supongo que ser� "Your/His Lordship", pero cuando se trata el caso en primera instancia (at a magistrate's court) es probable que sea "Your/His Worship". No estoy seguro.
