no me ayudarian con este "so desginated"
XXXX shall have the right to use any and all ideas presented in any proposal received in response to this Request for Proposal unless the supplier presents a statement of objection in the proposal
In no event shall such objection be considered valid with respect to the use of ideas that are not the proprietary information of the supplier and so designated in the proposal, are not copyright protected and clearly identified as such by the supplier, were known to xxxxx before submission of such proposal, or which properly became known to xxxxx thereafter through other sources or through acceptance of supplier's proposal

Otra opción. A mí me parece que así se entiende bastante bien la frase.

mi duda es si no viene del "are not" de arriba y sea "that are not so designated"
