English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Contrato

Dentro de un contrato se hace referencia a una Audiencia que se celebró unos días antes del contrato Vi que alguien pregunto algo parecido pero no me queda claro así que acá va el contexto a ver si a alguien se le ocurre algo diferente
Adj. puede ser de "Aplazamiento" o "Adjudicación" , dos cosas bien diferentes

Por las dudas pongo otro pedazo que aparece antes donde se menciona ADj también.
