Second Omnibus Amendment - power generation
(ix) “Interest Period” shall mean, with respect to any Loan, each period commencing on the date such Loan is made or the last day of the next preceding Interest Period for such Loan and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the third calendar month thereafter, or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; provided that (i) each Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on any day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the appropriate subsequent calendar month) shall end on the last Business Day of the appropriate subsequent calendar month; (ii) each Interest Period commencing during the duration of an existing Interest Period shall end on the same day as such existing Interest Period and (iii) that any Interest Period commencing before the Construction Loan Maturity Date or the **Term-Out Date** that would otherwise end after the Construction Loan Maturity Date or the Term-Out Date, as applicable, will end on the Construction Loan Maturity Date or the **Term-Out Date**, as applicable.
