I'm translating a Share Transfer Agreement and I'm not sure about the meaning of "release of the security" in the following context:
As long as the Secured Obligations remain unpaid, either totally or partially, neither the Shareholders nor the Company shall be allowed to request or carry out any total or partial releases of the security on the Shares or Additional Shares.
