SE trata de una carta de intención. En una de sus partes dice lo siguiente:
Until execution of the Agreement this Letter of Intent constitute a binding and legally enforceable obligation of the Parties in respect to the matter hereof and any reference made throughout this Letter of Intent to the Agreement shall be deemed to be and construed as a reference to this Letter of Intent.
Cómo puedo traducir esta última parte: shall be deemed to be and construed as a reference to this Letter of Intent.
Es correcto si lo hago de esta manera: cualquier referencia que se haga en esta Carta con relación al Contrato se considerará e interpretará como referencia a la misma.
