¿¿Se suele pone lo de ...bajo la reserva de los derechos??
…the Second Party shall remedy or complete the same within one week from being notified thereof, otherwise the First Party shall see to the same himself at the expense and responsibility of the Second Party without prejudice, however, to the First Party’s right of compensation therefor.
…la Segunda Parte corregirá o completará la misma dentro del plazo de una semana a partir de la notificación del mismo, de lo contrario la Primera Parte se hará cargo de ello a expensas y responsabilidad de la Segunda Parte, sin perjuicio, no obstante, y bajo reserva de los derechos de la Primera Parte a indemnización.
