English term

appoints of _____ or failing him of as the nominee

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) poder
Este es un formato de poder:

"Subject to the provisions of part V of the regulations, a proxy may be in the following form:

The undersigned shareholder of ______ hereby **appoints of _____ or failing him of as the nominee** of the undersigned to attend and act for the undersigned and on behalf of the undersigned at the meeting of the shareholders of the said company to be held on the __ day of ___ 19__ and any adjournment or adjournments thereof in the same manner, to the same extent and with the same powers as if the undersigned were present at the said meeting or such adjournment or adjournments thereof.

Dated this ___ day of ________ 19 ___

Signature of shareholder."

Es poco probable, pero puede ser que exista un espacio en blanco para rellenar entre "failing" y "him", pero no estoy segura porque está al final de una línea y el párrafo no está justificado.

Muchas gracias por adelantado
