When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

No te colmarán ni un montón de dinero ni grandes riquezas. Nada te traerá la felicidad. Lo único que te satisfará/colmará es ser fiel a ti mismo y tomar tus propias decisiones.
creo que en este caso, y en general, ser fiel es más que ser sincero, lo incluye incluso, se puede ser sincero con uno mismo pero no ser fiel (a un ideal o a una aspiración de ser bueno), de hecho, pero ser sincero parece ser o es elemento o inicio para ser fiel o al menos intentar serlo,
ser fiel supone cumplirlo, no defraudar(se)
ser sincero es, como dice Ana Lydia, no engañarse
en una relación con otra(s) personas se ve con claridad: serles sincero y serles fiel serían cosas muy diferentes, con uno mismo quizá se exija uno más pero esto depende de la moral de cada cual (sobre todo aquí que se renuncia o se deja de lado el dinero y las riquezas)
