Me gustó la palabra "inquietudes" que utilizó Henry, me parece mejor que "asuntos" en este caso.

Sírvase tener preparadas sus preguntas e/o inquietudes...
En mi opinión, "sírvase" queda mejor en mensajes escritos, suena menos coloquial, no tan calcado.
