Hi all,
I am translating the minutes of the first Board of Directors meeting of a corporation.
It says:
"The Secretary of the Corporation is hereby directed to append a copy of the printed form of Bank Resolution to the Minutes of this meeting."
I have a reasonable idea of what a form of Bank Resolution is (I believe a form that a new corporation gives the bank stating the details of corporation, who officers are, what accounts they want, who are the depositors etc.) but am stuck on how to translate uit.
Formulario de Resolucion Bancaria? That does not sound right.
Any ideas?
