English term
"tail off"
English to Spanish
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
Remuneración de directivos
Buenos días/noches:
Qué tal. Tengo este término que no me cuadra para nada. Es un encabezado, aunque dejo el contexto que sigue:
Management Fee and Tail-Off
The Fund will pay to the Fund Manager an annual management fee equivalent to 2% of the Committed Capital of the Fund. The fee will be paid in advance, on a half-yearly basis. The percentage payable by the Fund will be updated with an annual increase in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as stipulated by the Spanish National Institute of Statistics.
Os agradecería vuestra ayuda.
Saludos,
