Creo que se trata de que una compañía ha desinvertido en determinados negocios en beneficio de X. Si se trata de una sociedad por acciones se habrá producido una venta de acciones. De no ser así, simplemente se han vendido los negocios. Obviamente ello afecta a la cuenta de resultados. Posiblemente la empresa puede ahora disponer de mayor liquidez.
