El pasaje explica una caso particular de fusiones/adquisiciones en el cual luego que una empresa es colocada en bolsa a través de una OPV (IPO) es adquirida por (ó fusionada con) otra empresa. Es esto a lo que se refiere la expresión "quick-turnaround M&A" y que no encuentro como poner en castellano.
