This is really complicated without further context:
If "seal" here is a verb, this might mean "sellado" [or "sellar"] el álabe (which is one of the possible meanings of "fin", which, by the way, could have been better expressed by "blade" -if it is part of the rotor, that is one of the "turning" blades) or (USEng), "vane", which is a blade of the stator (fixed) set
If it is a noun, then "sello de álabe". That is weird again. This might be the case, as the turning blades must have a very close fitting with the casing. The seal in this case is an abradable coating to the inner surface of the casing; the fit between casing and the tip of the blade being of slight interference, as the blades turn they slightly abrade the [abradable] casing coating, so that the fit becomes one of interference (clearance between the tip of the blade and the casing being typically thinner than a human hair).
Otherwise, for any other type of joint (say, between one of the main spool bearings and the spool itself), this might be a "reborde" or "aleta", usually on the spool ("eje"). In such case, it might be an aleta de sellado.
