Estoy traduciendo un Acuerdo de Derivación (de clientes) y en muchas oraciones me encuentro con la palabra "Lead" como sustantivo. Por contexto, entiendo que se refiere a un cliente potencial, pero no encuentro una forma adecuada para traducirlo y que se contraste contraste "Lead" y "Customer".

Algunas de las oraciones en las que aparece:

Referring Party’s active engagement in the introduction of a Lead to X through an in-person introduction or...

Lead Form shall mean a standard form, a sample of which is attached to this Referral Agreement as Exhibit A, to be used by Referring Party to identify a referred Lead for purposes of qualifying the Lead as a Commissionable Lead.

Referring Party is eligible to be paid a commission because said Lead has become a customer of X...

¿Será una buena opción traducir "Lead" como "cliente potencial" y "Customer" como "cliente real"?
