compensaciones
como de lo que habla es de las horas que no se trabajan por cualquier causa, podrían ser compensaciones (p. ej., trabajaste un domingo y te tomas el lunes, etc.); no creo que se trate de la higiene personal ni de las funciones fisiológicas: si ocuparan horas como para incluirlas en un estudio de tiempo de trabajo creo que las habrían incluido en licencias por enfermedad
