Encontré este concepo que me parece va acorde con el propósito de imponer gravámenes a los vehículos, en México hay reglamentación sobre Pesos y Dimensiones, según lo ha denominado la Secretaría de Estado que corresponde al ramo de Comunicaciones y Transportes.
