A roadblock ad is a trafficking function allowing an advertiser to own 100% of the ad spaces on a single page of a publisher’s site.
Advertising method in which a commercial is broadcast simultaneously on several radio stations and/or television channels.
One of the notable new features provides for running of roadblock or companion ad campaigns. Many publishers require multiple ad zones to display matching campaigns from the same advertiser at the same time. The upgraded version allows users to not only select the campaigns that should be roadblocked but also the specific page zones where they will be roadblocked.

: Como bien dice quien hizo la pregunta, este «road block» es la aparición simultánea de un mismo anuncio en diversas partes de un sitio web o en diversos medios al mismo tiempo.
