Burden Schedules (―multipliers) can be used for costing, revenue and billing purposes.
A project and/or tasks can have various burden schedules with varying rates.

--For example, the revenue burden schedule can differ from the billing burden schedule and there may be several costing burden schedules to reflect home office labor vs. field labor where fringe and overhead rates differ.
