Huh, the more I think about this, the more I realize how uncomfortable I feel with this sentence. The only possible attempt to a \"straight\" translation would be \"rastucim lancem\", but that sounds kind of awqward, doesn\'t it? So, I would opt for a more \"descriptive\" translation I offered above.

Also, I feel somewhat uncomfortable with the term \"collection\". It seems to me it is just a glorified way to say \"chain\". So, I would either keep the original term and translate it as \"kolekcija\" in order to keep the \"flavor\" of the original, or just use the more freequently used term \"lanac\", or even \"mreza\", as the colleague has suggested above.

Also, it is not clear whether \"evolving\" means gaining more visibility in international circles, growing in size, or growing in quality, or -- perhaps -- all of the above. Having said this, then perhaps \"...da upravlja rastucim lancem...\" might not be such a bad idea, either...
