- Method of construction: End-dumping. The heap was compacted by passing on top of the heap.

Discussion
The fact that the trucks used for this also use "end damping" to unload is just a misleading coincidence.
In actual fact the vehicle used could also have a "side damp", and would still be used for the "end-dumping method of construction of waste heaps".
The material could also be transported by pipes or conveyor belts and then "end dumped".
