If and as long as the Parties have agreed that the Distributor shall supply Product in kegs, then the Distributor shall during the term of this Agreement:

a. make available to, and install at the selected outlets of its clients of kegged Product, equipment, including cooling and countermounting, suitable for dispensing Product from kegs and bearing the Trade Marks, such equipment to be prior thereto approved by the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as “Equipment”);
