English to Serbian Bus/Financial Finance (general) Agreement

The Buyer shall provide the Seller with rolling, quarterly, non-binding purchase forecasts for the Products. The Buyer shall provide the Seller with the first non- binding forecast within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, covering the then- current calendar quarter and the next three calendar quarters. Thereafter, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with a non-binding forecast at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement covering the upcoming calendar quarter and the next three calendar quarters.
