The univariate t-statistics for each efficacy endpoint (NIS-LL, TQOL, mBMI, and the composite Σ3 and Σ7 scores) were obtained (from the treatment group differences in the mean changes from baseline to Month 18) for the ITT population.

Although *site was not a significant predictor* of NIS-LL response in Study Fx-005, additional by-site analyses demonstrated that, with the exception of TQOL score (which tended to vary considerably across the sites), outcomes demonstrating the benefit of treatment with tafamidis over placebo were generally consistent across the sites for each endpoints.
