Measure the distance between the outside tips as shown and the ground.
Measurement (F) should be 1/4˝ (6 mm) higher than measurement (E).
Deck Removal
Disconnect the tractor deck lift cable.
Pull back rod on front deck hitch.
Lift hitch and remove it from the hanger.
Turn the wheels fully to the left.
Remove the deck from the right side of tractor.
Deck Installation
Slide mower deck under right side of tractor.
Turn wheels straight ahead.
Pull back rod on the front deck hitch.
Lift hitch and place it on the hanger.
*Push in rod to secure*.
Attach the deck lift cable.
Place belt on the PTO pulley.
IF AN ADJUSTMENT IS NEEDED
To LOWER - measurement (F):
Loosen nut.
Tighten nut counterclockwise.
Check measurement (Step 7 & 8).
When measurement is correct tighten nut (10) and torque as shown.
To RAISE - measurement (F):
