Insider rules
Anyone privy to insider information regarding a
company within the Group or another company,
e.g. a business partner, whose shares are
listed for trading on a stock exchange or an organised
market may not trade in securities or
financial instruments of companies the price of
which depends directly or indirectly on the securities
of these companies (insider securities).
