Additional Revenue Share. The 25% Revenue Share to Mozilla described in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement will be raised to up to 35% of Revenue for Approved Customized Firefox for “referred
searches” beyond the Threshold value (as described below) to Yandex Service from Firefox Payable
Search Access Points in the Approved Customized Firefox and inclusive of the referred searches from the
standard Firefox with Yandex Search distributed by Mozilla under the Internet Search Default
Distribution Agreement between the parties
