English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s)

the Client shall compensate to the Contractor no loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, loss of contract, loss of production or equipment or facility down-time, business interruption loss of reputation, loss of opportunity or like items of indirect and consequential loss or damage) incurred by the Contractor in respect to termination by the Client of the Contract in respect to this clause. Помогите, плиз, разобраться, в этом пункте, смущает обязан возместить в сочетании с no loss of use. Обязан или нет? Заранее спасибо за ответ.
