The Trustees shall on the Termination Date distribute any of the capital and income of the Trust Fund which shall not have been disposed of pursuant to the foregoing trusts to such person or persons and charity or charities and if more than one in such shares between them as the Protector shall determine Provided however and for the avoidance of doubt this provision shall not (unless this is required by the Proper Law of this Trust) operate to confer upon any person any beneficial or other interest in the capital or income of the Trust Fund and Provided further that the Protector and the Trustees shall have power to amend or alter this Clause 4 in accordance with the provisions of Clause 18 hereof
