English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Employee covenants with the Company that they shall not for a period of six (6) months after ceasing to be employed by the Company:

Directly or indirectly accept orders from or canvass, solicit or approach or cause to be canvassed or solicited or approached for orders, in respect of any product or services provided by the Company and in which the Employee is substantially involved during their employment with the Company any person, firm or company who or which at the date of termination of the employment or in the year prior to that date was a customer of the Company, and with whom the Employee has had dealings with in the past year.
