English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s)

The Borrower shall pay or cause to be paid all present and future taxes, duties, fees and other charges of whatsoever nature, if any, now or at any time hereafter levied or imposed by the Government or by any department, agency, political subdivision or taxing or other authority thereof or therein or by any organisation of which Ukraine is a member, on or in connection with the payment of any and all amounts due under this Agreement, and all payments of principal, interest and other amounts due under this Agreement shall be made without deduction for or on account of any such taxes, duties, fees or other charges; provided, however, that in the event the Borrower is prevented by operation of law or otherwise from paying or causing to be paid such taxes, duties, fees or other charges, the principal or (as the case may be), interest or other amounts due under this Agreement shall be increased to such amount as may be necessary to yield and remit to Lender the full amount it would have received had such payments been made without deduction of such taxes, duties fees or other charges
