ShoreTel says one of its strengths is in managing multiple systems in multiple locations; this wasn't a requirement for our one-office scenario, but ShoreTel decided to ***take a hit on price*** by sending us two boxes so we could test how easy the management GUI made it to monitor and configure multiple appliances
