Данная модель описывает тип бизнеса, работающего в виртуальном и реальном мире, то есть данный тип бизнеса имеет как виртуальные так и реальные магазины. Это означает, что бизнес оперирует в интернете (click) и к тому же имеет магазины в общепринятом традиционном виде (mortar). Отсюда и определение -интерактивный режим, то есть online или click. Автономный или самоуправляющийся, в данном случае, означает реально действующий магазин, имеющий здание и все другие физические атрибуты, действующий вне интернета-автономно. <br /><br />Пример такого бизнеса: Barnes and Noble, Walmart, BestBuy и другие <br /><br />Эквивалент- clicks and bricks
