Am inclus în glosar şi varianta propusă de tine şi pe cea a Mihaelei, dar în traducere am folosit 'raport cost-eficacitate' pentru că, aşa cum a sugerat Mihaela, mi s-a părut o soluţie mai potrivită domeniului medical. : în context medical, "rentabilitate" parcă nu sună bine...mă duce cu gândul la beneficiu economic, profit etc...eu nu l-aş utiliza în acest context...părerea mea ;)

Chiar dacă apare într-un context mai larg medical, termenul este pur economic și înseamnă chiar „rentabilitate”: raportul dintre costuri și beneficiile obținute.
