It appears (at first glance) that this entry is perfectly normal (an inlier, not an outlier), but in fact it might violate the above business rule. In that case, there is definitely a problem with these numbers — they have “flown” outside the bounds of the business rule.

: Acho que concordo, mas o que não entendo bem é o texto como um todo. Se vc quer investigar o porquê das oscilações (picos e quedas) nos seus números, deve se concentrar nos outliers (eventos atípicos), ou não? Eles é que vão explicar as discrepâncias.
